Clean around the button openings

1. Power the watch off if possible. With a clean, soft, dry cloth, gently wipe around the affected button and the small gap around it.
2. While cleaning, gently press and release the button several times to help loosen any debris — don't use anything sharp.
3. Once it's clean and dry, turn the watch back on and test the button again.
