Clean the charging contacts

  1. Remove the watch from the charger, then carefully clean and completely dry the metal charging contacts on the back of the watch, as well as the contacts on the magnetic charging base.
  2. Make sure there's no dirt, moisture, dust, or debris left between the contacts before reconnecting.
